US - Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc agreed to acquire the assets of six self-service used auto parts facilities from LKQ Corp. The assets being acquired include four retail oriented self- service recycling facilities in Oregon and Washington, certain business assets related to two self-service facilities in Northern California and a self-service facility in Portland, Oregon and two self-service recycling facilities in Dallas, Texas. The two facilities in Texas are expected to be transferred in Mid-January ####, while the remaining assets have been transferred. Concurrently, LKQ Corporation acquired Greenleaf Auto Recyclers LLC, a model automotive parts recycling business from Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc.

SOUTH AFRICA - Alawill Investments Pty Limited acquired the Fabz Estate Hotel and Restaurant of Crownhill Properties Co Ltd which offers a true escape from city life with a peaceful country feeling for ZAR ##.# mil. COLOMBIA - Seafield Resources Ltd of Canada, was definitively granted an option to acquire ##% stake in Caribbean Copper and Gold Corp, a copper and gold mining company, for USD # mil.

FRANCE - KoroFrance SAS, controlled by Nutrilux SARL, Pronutri SARL and Korolux SARL, planned to launch a tender offer to acquire the remaining #.##% stake, which it did not already own, in Provimi SA, a Trappes-based company specialized in nutrition solutions for various animals, for EUR ## per share, or a total value of EUR ##.## mil, via a squeeze out.
