UK - Redrow PLC acquired Harrow Estates, a real estate development company, for GBP ## mil (USD ##.### mil).

LITHUANIA-In September ####, Algirdas Pilvelis announced that it was seeking a buyer for its ##.##% stake in Elta AB, a Vilnius-based provider of news syndication services.
