Concurrently, Venezuela was rumored to be planning to acquire the entire share capital of Bolivar Banco, Banco Canarias de Venezuela Banco Universal CA and Banco Confederado SA.

CANADA - Yaletown Capital Corp (Yaletown) signed a Letter of Intent {LoI} to acquire the entire share capital of Kurio, a Maple Ridge-based developer of mobile applications, for CAD #.### mil (USD #.### mil).
